Introducing Mic Testing!
The newest way to test if your silky smooth voice is being transmitted into the Discord machine. Go to User Settings > Voice & Video. Under the input & output volume sliders, you’ll see this new mic test feature.
Click on Let’s Check & start to speak.
The sound will then be played right back to you through the selected output device. If you use Push to Talk you won’t need to hit that keybind, it’ll act as if you’re using Voice Activated mode. This will allow you to immediately tell if your voice is being picked up & what you sound like. Be sure to adjust the input volume accordingly.
