[Nitro Gifting]

Pretty sure some of these features have already been talked about, but would like to bring them up again.

[Add who claimed a Nitro-Gift]

I'm sure most people have given away nitro's in public servers, however they get instantly claimed. 

Sometimes we don't know who claimed the gift, although that may not be an issue, there has been a lot of bots recently that come up and steal away nitro's.

It really sucks to spend $10 on a gift only to have someone steal it unfairly, and for it to go to waste.

Discord claims its to keep user privacy a secret, but I'm not entirely sure what privacy they are keeping from a nitro-giift? It would be nice to just get their discord ID + tag. at the very least.

[Add Nitro-Upgrade from classic via Gifted Credits]

Sometimes friends and users already have nitro basic and have been gifted premium-nitro, however they would have to wait until their nitro-basic to expire before being able to "upgrade" their nitro or use the $10 nitro. 

This one might be a little hard to calculate in terms of upgrade, however if possible, this would be a nice addition to have in terms of nitro-gifts.
