Discord Voice Transfer to Xbox One issues

I have been trying to transfer Discord VC to my Xbox One for weeks now. I have linked and unlinked the accounts countless times and nothing seems to work. It says they are linked but the Discord tab does not appear in the Parties and Chats section of the Xbox dashboard. It does give me the option to do the transfer on the Xbox and Discord mobile apps but the connection always fails. I have been through the FAQ and have tried every suggestion multiple times to no avail. This is very frustrating because judging based on the countless YT videos I've seen and complete lack of posts on here detailing any issue that is remotely similar, this is an issue that is only effecting me. I would appreciate some help getting this sorted.
