community features for all servers

I would really like it if my server could be better served by having the same organization and administration tools as community servers. I cannot opt into the community server model because my server is primarily focused on being adults only; we discuss news, daily life, and most of us are artists and professionals who work in and out of NSFW spaces-- we even do a lot of commission & trade business over the server. I run an incredibly tight ship with this all and would really love to have the ability to use these good server systems your company has made.

if this is an issue of 'don't want kids getting into bad spaces', why not just have broad public community and adult communities separated by simple tag, and enforce viewing and joining by account verification? you guys already ask for credentials for nitro & etc. it would finally take a huge amount of strain off the shoulders of community leaders like myself and others I work in coalition with to maintain keeping kids out of these spaces.

Welcome screen: to help sift out bots and morons who refuse to read rules-- should be self-explanatory. others have asked for it, im hardly the first or last one to ask. I dont know why this feature isn't a basic default feature, even beyond the topic mentioned above.

Forums: this in and of itself is worth its weight in gold for just flat-out server organization period. mechanically it should be no different than threads and channels, and no more system heavy than the current channels-only method.

Alerts Channel: a dedicated alerts channel would be really dandy and useful what with how everyone can't seem to navigate large/dense server lists.

Dedicated adult-friendly server search function in server browsing: At present, many of us have to rely on sketch 3rd party sites to advertise our servers on. random forums, tags in twitch, places like Disboard. it clearly is not a major issue for broad community sfw/all ages servers. show the people who majority pay for Nitro some respect and appreciation for once. 

Channel and Role Selection: again, this should be a default system functionality for servers.

If there's no in-road on this, at least give me a real reason as to WHY this is an infeasible feature request. hell, I wouldn't even mind if it came at the cost of a nitro-like subscription for the server itself. its absurd that this stuff is held behind a gate like this.
