Trying to find out if a players deleted or trolling

I cannot tell if someone is trolling, or deleted

so there should be a deleted badge or something, their username is Deleted User 136ba47d#1605

    If the user is deleted, you won't be able to find anything on them.

    If a user was really deleted, their name would be in the following format:

    Deleted User some_id#0000

    On mobile:
    Deleted User#0000
