Higher upload limit for discord stickers

Currently the limit is 512KB, which is definitely a harsh limit as the majority of my 5 second APNG's are higher quality and file-size. A limit of 1MB or even 2MB would be great, I think this is a much needed change.

    This is a great idea. A 5 second animated sticker’s quality is absolutely ruined due to the current 512kb limit. It’s practically impossible to maintain 320x320 pixels with a 5 second animation and remain under the 512kb limitation!
