Falsely Disabled Account

My account was disabled last week and I did not get an email on why it was disabled. I’ve been denied 5 times but I don’t know what part of the TOS I violated. I keep getting bot messages and would like to speak to a real person. I administrate a server with over 160k members and I would not be participating in any TOS violating things. I really want my account back.

    I don’t think that sueing discord is in my best interest tho.

    Keep Appealing eventually a person should see it and actually look at it, most things are just taken care of by the bots cause they are over whelmed with tickets appeals and requests. Talking at them on twitter can sometimes get them to look at it as well. But most of the time unless you are well known or have a blue check mark they don't really respond to anything beyond bug reports and its pretty much always the same responses Oh sorry I'm replying late are you still having an issue with this? or something along those lines. I wish you luck. But discord probably has the worst customer server currently which sucks cause I really love their platform.

In this case, it appears that the platform's actions may have violated these provisions, by falsely or misleadingly claiming that Lia violated the TOS without providing any specific evidence or opportunity for dispute or appeal.

    Therefore, in light of these legal considerations, I advise that we move forward with filing a lawsuit against NotDiscord.inc on behalf of Lia. This lawsuit will seek to recover damages for any harm or losses that Lia has suffered as a result of the account suspension, as well as to force the platform to restore Lia's access to their account.
