fix the emoji limit system!

hello discord,

As it's annoying and prevent you from adding/removing all the emojis you want all in one day

and keep telling you "you're being limited"

I request lowering discord emoji's limit system so we won't have to add a bunch of emotes separately each day for avoiding being limited.
