My account has been unfoundedly disabled, and I am not getting a reply from a human
Hi. The situation is as in the title.
Two days ago I was suddenly logged out of my account, and after trying to log back in, a message popped up that my account had been disabled. After logging into my mailbox, I got a message from a bot that my account had been disabled due to a ToS breach. The reason? "From your account, another user's private or personal information was maliciously shared or taken part in sharing."
Thing is, I never did such a thing, my account was simply disabled unjustly.
I sent an appeal, explaining that I had never given out anyone's personal information, let alone maliciously, but to this, I received another message - also from a bot - which basically said that they wouldn't reinstate my account.
Then I sent a message on Twitter, seeing that I will never get an email reply from a human, and only that way I'll be able to explain that I had done nothing wrong. So far I have not received a reply.
Now, I have a question - do you even hire human staff? I know I'm not the only one with such problems. Why can't we just get a normal reply, a simple conversation with a staff member? It would make it so much simpler and easier to resolve our issues. I still have around ~10 days until my account gets deleted, but that's not a lot of time considering I never got a chance to explain anything.

I just want my account back. I've had it for years, and I've had a history of friendships, servers and conversations on it for years, which I will irrevocably lose if it is deleted.
