My Discord Account hasnt been unbanned despite confirmation i am over 13

On March 6th, My account got banned due to being underage. On March 14th, I turned 13 and sent a appeal to discord. However, after 5 days of no response, I am getting worried that my account will get banned before discord responds due to it being 14 days by tomorrow.

(I sent them photo ID AND birth certificate)

I am wondering if this situation has occured to you before.
