    Thats 2 factor authentication.
    Once you turn it on, you have to provide a 6 digest code that gets generated on your phone.
    If you lose that Phone, or no longer have access to the app, then i hope you have your backup codes ready to disable 2fa and re-enable it on the new phone.

    Usually, when you lock yourself out by lossing access to the 2fa code and having no backup codes you are permanently locked out.
    I don't know how discord handles this now tho. Maybe you can negotiate with them that they disable it again for you.
    Create a ticket and select 2fa lockout as reason.
