i was logged out of my discord from my phone and pc i can't log back in because it is asking for the 2fa code but i can't get them since i don't have any access to them

  Then use your backup codes you got when setting up 2fa

  Hello, so if your sign out of discord VIA Computer and not your phone then check your phone. If you can't get your phone then reset the password on your discord account. If all fail please contact discord support. The link will send you to the format for support. If you like to do it yourself click 'Submit a Request' then where it say "What can we help you with?" leave it as is. Question two "Type of question?" click 'F2A Lockout'. Follow all other questions and submit it and wait for them to reply.
