I can’t delete my account

Hi I tried deleting my account and made 2 tickets about it yesterday. Why is it taking too long to have it deleted and why is it not working when i do it myself? The request number is 34910492

    You are, usually you do it while you are logged in too.
    But because of your circumstances you'll have to email them from that email to do it.
    And since they are slow and take a while hvae fun waiting i guess
