Many joiners' wecome messages in the past few days have appeared twice in welcome channel
The majority of users who have joined my server over the past few days have had their join message duplicated, with anywhere between 0 and 3 minutes in between. Some of those accounts were created on the day they joined (could easily be maliciously leaving and rejoining as some sort of prank) while others were created many years ago.

This has been happening recently to me too. I recently set up onboarding, could that be related?
