Keep the Discrimators
I've been a part of so many online games and communities, and I'm so tired of having some weird username because the ones I want are simply NOT available.
I love this one, where I can be Munch, and 10k other people can be it if they want. Sometimes, people have the same name!
The changes suggested look like they are going to cause so many issues!

Please keep the discriminators. It’s something that makes Discord unique from the other social media. If it’s such a problem for people forgetting their #numbers, then the wisest thing to do is make the discriminators free to edit instead of just accessible to Nitro supporters. Thus avoiding the entire “need to change the username” update entirely.

Yeah. Keep them. Without them, then the trades will sell rare names like tf for hundreds of dollars.
