Can I get my Nitro back?

Someone gifted me a $10 Nitro at December 4 and was claimed at the same day. Fast forward to December 6, I lost my Nitro somehow and not only that, but also my boosts in the server. I was confused due to A) the Nitro was new. B) My boosts are gone when I didn’t even leave the server... is this a bug? I’m especially confused about the boosts.

    probably a frauded nitro, look in your emails. the boosts are gone with the nitro obviously so if the nitro is gone, the boosts are gone too
