Updates take too long. No clear support team.

It simply takes too long to update Discord. And for absolutely no gain; there never seems to be any actual update.

It takes too long and there is no clear way to give feedback, If you click, for example, the feedback button on the website you are redirected to a page that gives no clear indication of how to give feedback, but simply gives you a list of topics. Clicking the help button on the website also gives no real help, simply a way for a person to waste some time.

I would suggest ceasing the pointless updates and make your website easier to navigate.
