Default chart emojis

The default Discord "chart" emojis are blue for down and red for up. Going by tradition, they instead should be red for down and green for up.

    The discord colour scheme for this emoji is most similar to how these emojis are normally displayed. I agree though, this would make more sense. You could just add your own versions!
