reset your password or email through your phone number

i think that they should make it so you can reset your password/email through a phone number incase you forget your password and you don’t use your email anymore, as long as your phone is already set up maybe so they know it’s you, it would really help people like me who forgot their password or maybe messed up on the password and don’t use their email anymore.
