Allow server owners to use their server's custom emojis without nitro

To give some context, only the person who is the OWNER of a server is able to use the custom emojis in their server anywhere outside of it without the need of subscribing to Nitro Should they want to use other servers' custom emojis then they should subscribe to Nitro

  Then it would defeat the purpose. Creating servers is free, so everyone would just create a server, add all emojis they like from different servers and use them across all of them.

  Again, that is to be only limited to server owners and it seems like I am not the only one who gave that suggestion

  Hmm... I agree with Guips. 

  I mean think about it... There is some emojis you really want to use? Just simply create a server and add them. That's bad. Nitro is basically useless now.

  So, I agree with them. Bad suggestion, sorry.
