Nitro Sub Badge Grace Period for Failed Payment

The profile badge for Nitro subscriptions disappears as soon as your payment fails for the last time during the 3 day failed payment grace period, and upon resubscribing to Nitro the profile badge returns but with the new subscription date. 

Proposed change: give a 24 hour grace period after the 3 days between losing the badge so that if you can't update it for whatever reason you don't lose the count for however long you already had Nitro for.
