Support/Help article is confusing

The animation is too fast to read easily; 2. buzzwords like "drawer", "panel", etc., and the features being discussed are not well defined nor indicated on the display; and 3. overall, the article assumes the reader already knows everything before it is mentioned. I'm a long time user of Discord, but this left me feeling tense and half-confused. A beginner might find it useless. It would be more user-friendly if these writing style issues were improved. Thank you.
