Roles Above Roles are Over Written

I have been managing and building servers trying to make them efficient and good for the users. I wish Discord can implement when a category has a role that can view the channels and another role above all other roles, that can't view it and if the user has any of it the role with the top one that can't see the category, then the user won't see it either. Currently, if a user a role that is in every category that denies View channel as well as a role that can view a channel then they will still see it... Can yall change this so roles in categories permissions, the roles on top have changed permission then only that is read, not anything below it.
