Member admits having 36 ALT accounts

I have a loyal member who sent me a screenshot of messages from a member that recently got banned from our discord,claiming he has made 36 ALT accounts on our discord. We run a video game sever and this said person has been messaging all of our members, trying to get them to leave. When I try to submit a support ticket. I'm being told to take it to trust and safety. And they want a message I'd link to messages on our discord but this guy has been smart enough to not saying anything in the actual discord so I can NOT submit a support ticket.. I've asked them to help me reach out to someone who would help me. And just keep getting told the same thing because its a robot apparently
