it might be possible that you disable the payment on my account which was banned for no reason, because I pay for nothing there

    You can submit a request asking to delete the banned account :)

    Disabled Accounts wont charge you, we also delete the accounts in 14-30 business days.

    You can send a request to get that account deleted which will stop the subscription.
