nitro broken

I gifted myself 1 nitro classic a while back, and during it I gifted myself another nitro classic. Now that the first one is over, it doesn't give me the 2nd. I even bought another one to make sure but yet nothing. If I try cancelling the subscription via google play, it doesn't even show up. I can't even subscribe to nitro on its own either. I can't even activate the account credit either. It's been like this for 2 months. This is all done on Android.
