Images on mobile are looing too much small ?

Hi everyone

I am facing a issue, that After updating the Android app to 7.8.6, images posted are now set to a selected height, making portrait images ridiculously small. Yes, it does now take up less space, however, this could  OTT Platform be an choice to change to as it's personal preference. I don't know what is the reason behind it. Plz guide me. I will be very thankful.
