Sound problem - Linux Ubuntu Mate

My problem is that while I'm using the Discord.Canary on Linux / Ubuntu Mate, all the sound from the computer generates interference, rather, it sounds like a static and a very high ground noise.

It is solved by turning off my sound card, and turning it on again or ending any type of process that my sound card uses and starting it again. I don't know if I'm the only one and it just my computer, or it's a common problem on Linux Ubuntu Mate, but i didn't found any information related.

I would just like to clarify that it is not only a problem with Discord, but also it is transferred to the entire system (Web browser, music player, games, etc)
