How Do I turn this off .

What happened is that I was changing my profile pic then I closed discord . When I came back I noticed voice overlay . I mean that from the discord servers and groups I am in they are telling me the message written in the server . For Example - Like someone has written "I am not very smart in one of the servers " . So it says this guy has written I am not very smart . So how do I turn it off because it is annoying
