Nitro EXE Vouchers Infected?

I recently downloaded a file containing a nitro voucher, chrome and bitdefender say it's infected. are nitro vouchers really in .exe?

    They don't

    .exe files are windows executeables. Programs. If you receive a exe file from someone saying that it's a voucher for nitro. It is probably a virus, remote access tool. Do not download exe files from places you don't trust
