Discord Update Bugs, Separate server update

Hi, I have been using discord since 2017 and it was fine till an update which released some months ago, discord gave an update in which they gave an option of separate Regions for different voice chats after that nothing is fine our voice starts to lag, again and again, we have to connect and disconnect in voice chat again to fix it, but its keep lagging after every 2 or 3 mint, and it is really annoying,also when your screen share it gets stuck same as voice and user have to re-share it, I have tried all the servers but its the same for everyone, I request discord management to look into this issue nearly everyone in my circle facing this problem I don't know why are you guys not fixing it.
