Discord Nitro Gift disappeared after claimed

So I got a nitro gift from a friend, I just click accept gift and got 1-month nitro, but after using for 4 days, when I was chatting with friends like usual, I suddenly can't send emoji anymore, then I check my nitro badges, it's gone, my tag also changed. I didn't check Nitro settings and just reopen Discord, then my Nitro disappeared, there's nothing left. What should I do? I also reported the problem but still didn't see any reply yet. (Bad at English, sorry)

    Could be because your friend asked for a refund and discord gave it, doing so discord removes the nitro from whomever claimed the code.

     

    I'm unsure if that's the case here but it's happened to me with a few codes.
