Discord keeps failing to install

I've recently installed the malwarebytes antivirus and ran a scan, after "resolving issues" it has destroyed a lot of things on my pc, one of them being Discord. When I ran discord, it was failing to update, so I tried reinstalling and now.. it won't install.

I've tried deleting the discord folders in %appdata% and %localappdata%, it still fails.

I've tried a method where I extract the discord setup and ran it like that, but then it gives me a javascript error.

I've tried installing it through chocolatey, same problem.

Setting a compatibility mode or running as administrator doesn't work either.
