Invitation to join server - flow improvement request

when a new user clicks an invitation link to join a server on chrome, they give their username and then see a black screen with an email or phone number security procedure right after accepting the invitation. This screen looks like an error message and is not understandable. Many guests think they've encountered a bug and start over (creating a duplicate username on the server). It would suffice for the process to resemble the one on Safari (nickname> date of birth> email and password> discord) and that would be perfect. Or just to change the message on that black screen which looks like an error with another message like “welcome, now give us either your email or your phone to continue signing up and choose your password.” That would be more understandable.

If my first users didn't understand it is that tons of people have problems with it.
