- Disabled accounts: Where the disabled accounts are ignored during the application to reactivate the account even if the account is important and was disabled by mistake, so that the same response is sent and the member’s excuses and reasons are not read and no value is given to the member of the team, and sometimes the ticket is placed as having been resolved without No response, i.e. disabled accounts are ignored so that users whose account has been disabled are ignored and not given any value, and it happened to me that there was an account very important to me that was disabled by mistake and every time I unblock the account I receive the same response And I'm being ignored by this team.
- Reporting violations: When any violations are reported, they are not taken seriously so that all members receive the same response without any action with the offending member. Since the team sends the same reply all the time, even though the violation is really a violation of the Discord rules.
- Late reply: The Trust and Safety team is one of the worst in terms of response, so the response is very late, even though they are one of the most important teams in Discord. While the response was not received immediately, there is no need to respond late, as the violation of Discord laws will not last long, as well as with suspended accounts, the period for permanently deleting the account is 14 days, and there are members whose accounts have been unjustly suspended, and when they apply to cancel the account The response is delayed, which leads to the loss of the member's account, despite it being closed unjustly and without a convincing reason.
- Our demands are:
- Change the current team and appoint a team that deserves this work and does its work completely and correctly.
- All reports must be properly reviewed and taken into consideration.
- Disabled accounts must be dealt with seriously, taking into account members' excuses and reasons for that. So that there are a lot of very important accounts that have been unjustly disabled and because of this team have not been recovered and have been permanently deleted.
- Respond faster to important communications, especially those related to suspended accounts.

I literally cant even use discord because the support team is terrible. I request my account deleted and all they say is “we cannot reinstate your account it was disabled unjustfuly and we wont help you”. So i cant make a new discord account without confirming phone number, and they wont delete my account so i can have my number back.

Epic suggestion! I couldn't agree more! Once, discord disabled my account due to the assumption that I was under the age of 13. I was 15, and now I am 16. But, discord had no way of proving that I was underage. I even have a YouTube channel that clearly shows my audience that I am older than 13. They didn't bother to check the facts. They disabled my account on false suspicion and asked for my ID or birth certificate so I could get it back. How am I supposed to get my birth certificate when it's not in the same house that I live in. It's in storage that I don't have access to. Even if I were to ask my parents, they would ask me "Why do an app need your birth certificate?" and I would ask myself the same thing. Discord never got back to me after that, I had to make a new account. So, I agree with this statement 1000%. There needs to be a better system that involves reasonable disabling on discord accounts.

They give bot replies to people who have been using this application for years, since the very start of it and even before Nitro was a thing.
They don't care about customers, don't care about the relationships we have built there, and are too incompetent to give a fair reason for a ban we never deserved in first place.

I agree with this, my account has been disabled on the 28th of October, sent an appeal literally an hour after my account got disabled but they still haven't replied to my appeal. I've been that discord account since 2017 and i had alot of friends added on my discord account and i don't want to loose my account even tho i already know i will. It is unfair that so many people have had their accounts deleted due to discord responding late or not even responding at all.
