Free 3 Months Nitro

I got my 3-month free nitro account through Epic Games. When I clicked "Reedem Now" from the mail, it asked for my card information, so I entered it. But it never accepts payment method. I tried 4 different credit/debit cards but all gave the same error. What should I do ?
Error : Invalid Payment Source

    You can try using PayPal for now

    It sounds like you've already had nitro before on your account or you have card issues. If there's a billing issue, you can take it up with discord support, not discord feedback.

    People are still having the same issue a year later. 
    Tried every card I have plus PayPal.
