An Idea for the profile banner customization

Hi,

I see a lot of people complaining about how banner customization is locked behind the 10 dollar nitro. So I think I came up with a pretty reasonable solution:

Non-nitro users can change the color of their banner, but cant upload photos or GIFs.

Nitro Classic users can change the photo of their banner, but cant upload GIFs.

And, of course, Normal Nitro users can upload photos and GIFs for their banners.

Let me know what you guys think of this idea!
