Remove application permission option "Join servers for you"

Under no circumstances should an application (like a bot) be able to add a user to a server without user consent. This permission became a point of concern with waves of unaware people getting banned after an application with this permission adds the users to a ToS-violating server.

Discord invite links already work well. Let people use that instead of letting an app add them to a server in their stance.

    +1 ing  with my own spin: I can see the use case for the permission, my guild uses it to manage who can join in their server. There is no use case for not alerting the user and letting him confirm though.
