URGENT Account hacked and financial information stolen, no response from Discord after 48hrs and counting.

My account has been hacked and my financial information stolen. It has been over 48hrs since I raised multiple tickets, and I have not had a response from Discord support as of yet. This is disgusting, I have been a paying (nitro) customer for 2/3 years now, and I expect a much quicker response time to something of this nature. I require IMMEDIATE support to regain access to my account and sort these issues out. A friend was exposed to the same hack, and had a response within 1hr, and his account back within 16hrs. He has never paid a penny to Discord. This is absolutely absurd, and I will be taking further action if somebody does not get back to me within a reasonable time frame. Thank you.

    I'm at 2 weeks now. I got an initial response saying they'd forward it and then nothing else.

    What I don't understand is how my friend got a response within 1 hour and his account returned almost straight away? I had him forward on my ticket reference and details to them and they said they are “Looking into it”, but I doubt that's true. Why is there such a drastic difference between response times?
