Got 2 accounts disabled due to automatic discord system detecting in my messages words "12 years old" and discord support is not replying to my tickets after 7 days of waiting

Hello.

My main account was disabled 7 days ago because I jokingly said that “I'm 12 years old”. However, now I do understand this was a very dumb joke because it resulted in my main account being suspended. I have sent my appeal ticket and a photo of me holding an ID of mine with a piece of paper with my discord username. 

And it would all be good if the support replied to me in.. 24 hours?.. 48 hours? In three days? Well, maybe in a week? Nope. No response since then.

So a day after my main got disabled I made a second account and rejoined the server to tell the owner that my account got suspended and it will take some time (I held a high position in that server).

And apparently, the automatic discord moderation system detected a message with me saying “My main account got suspended because I said that I'm 12 y/o as a joke” and within a short period of time, my 2nd account got suspended as well.

Now I do understand that they are obliged to disable any accounts whose owners are under the age of 13 or the minimal age of digital consent in their country, but that message didn't even contain the part where I said that I'm underage (because of the context of the message).

I've sent a ticket to discord as well with the photo of me doing the same thing I did for my main account's ticket. 

No response.

I've done anything possible to make it more convenient and faster for the discord support to deal with my ticket. I know that they are experiencing high volumes and are dealing with a big amount of tickets. But 7 days with no response? Really? Not even a reminder they're going to actually deal with my ticket?

Even Roblox support does better than that.

I tried PMing them on twitter. No response.

And I would gladly wait even under such circumstances. What's really concerning me is the fact that my 6-year-old account is going to be permanently deleted in a month if it won't be recovered and activated. And I'm certain that discord support will ignore my ticket till then.

I've seen a lot of people having their accounts deleted because of that, and I don't want anything of such sort to occur to me.

Is there anything I could do to somehow get a single human reply?
Why is discord not revamping their automatic detection system that results in discord support team being swarmed with tickets?

If there is a discord support agent reading this, I would be really grateful if you looked at my ticket (38550184).
