Good luck with that. Discord doesn't believe in stuff like that- if you have the necessary permissions, you can run certain commands with bots for every individual server to mass delete messages from specific users, but that's about the best that can be done. If this sort of thing is important to you, though, I'd like to recommend Revolt (https://revolt.chat/) which I believe (but am not completely certain) automatically deletes all your messages everywhere, no matter what, when you delete your account.
