Account disabled by mistake

Hello, I'm sending you this message after trying multiple methods to get my account back.

When I try to connect to my discord, the message ''This account has been deactivated'' appears before my eyes and says that I had received an email, I tried to reconnect multiple times but I could not

No email from Discord was received! I have no idea what I could have done, I can't even reactivate my account myself because I don't remember deactivating my account.

I think you made a mistake and deactivated my account by mistake.

    It probably wasn't a mistake. Discord had every opportunity to test this system, and several months worth of time to note all the feedback saying it was not working as it should… but they choose to make no changes, offer no answers, and continue to indiscriminately suspend accounts for jokes, or, indeed, no real reason at all.

    That they don't even bother to inform you of a change that presumably affects your entire online life should speak volumes all on its own.

    It's why I switched to Revolt (https://revolt.chat/) and encourage everybody to do the same, regardless of your account's current status. Maybe the next time, it will be your account suspended, with no way to get in touch with the people you care about. Get some insurance before the worst happens, if nothing else.
