No support for recovering lost servers

The administrative account for a server I spent hundreds of hours building a community on was hacked. Discord gives no way to report this problem, and email support is in no way empowered to help. there is no way to enter text into a report to indicate an account has been hijacked, and the original owner of the account was unable to get it back due to poor support. this is not an acceptable level of support.

 

I've lost hundreds of hours of work, and nobody at discord cares, or can do a single thing to help.

    That's not helpful, since the support on those tickets takes multiple days, which gives the attacker plenty of time to attack more people.

     

    We filed a ticket there 18 hours ago.
