Account disabled by mistake

Good morning everyone.

I would like to ask if you also have problems with contact on discord?
I sent a question on August 30 regarding my account to which I cannot log in. It says that my account has been suspended.

I replied with a request for an explanation of why this happened. I gave all the necessary data - the card number from which the money for nitro was taken, my photo with ID, all the login data (location) and the date of creation of the account and the year of birth.

Since then, most of my tickets have been considered "solved" only two tickets that have my my personal information are "open".

How long did you wait for a response from discord for them to unlock the account? I do not hide that I used it for work, for engineering studies and for communication between people from studies.

I would be extremely grateful for the answer, because such a long waiting time is extremely tiring for me.

    my account was disabled like yours and Discord is just the worst at answering. it's so hard to contact them, they have completely ignored my tickets and tweets to them for the past 4 days.
