NEED HELP . account wrongly disabled for being "underage" , then deleted, after weeks of no response to a support email.

hi, about 2/3 weeks ago, my Discord account (Evan1) was deleted for being underage. 

That same day I sent Discord an email asking them what I should do about the situation since I do not currently possess a government ID with a picture, DOB, and full name all on it.

About 2 weeks later, I received an automated response that didn't answer my question. 
I followed that email up with another response once again asking, and again, was met with another automated response. 
AGAIN, I followed that email up, where just 3-4 days ago I was sent a real response from a real person,  answering my initial question. 

Now, to verify my age and identity, I would need a birth certificate, school ID, and selfie. 
The only issue is the absolute soonest I'd be able to get a hold of my birth certificate would have been (today) September 5th, at 7 p.m. CST.  

But when I woke up this morning, my account was deleted. 

After multiple emails sent to Discord about this, as of now, I have only been met with more automated responses that do not answer any part of my ordeal. 

I have lots of important school, and work documents saved on my account, and am in dire need of it. 

How is it my fault that I spent most of my time waiting for a real answer to something I could not find online?

Even then, after being given a true answer, why was I not given more time after I explicitly stated the soonest I'd be able to verify my age is later in the evening today? 

I know Discord retains SOME information linked to every account deleted, or not. 
Where can I speak to a real person about this, and will I be able to get my account back, even partially?
