24 days since account was compromised and no help from support in almost three weeks.

So my account was compromised due to a token stealer on 16 August and I filed a ticket as soon as it happened. It started spamming phishing links and everything about it was changed except for the username and bio so it can still impersonate me. And an account was put under my email so I cannot revert this at all. It has been 24 days and the Discord support has not replied except for “escalated” to Trust and safety on 19 August with no reply any further except for an automated bot. 

I want this account either disabled or restored, but it's still out there with no clue whether it will be deleted or not. The hacker could still be continuing what it wants to do on my account. If this evolves into something worse from what I've seen others happen, then that is going to concern me a lo
