My account was falsely disabled for being underage

My account was falsely disabled for being underage and I immediately, within the same day, sent in a ticket with a valid ID and photo proof, however, my ticket seems to have been left open despite searching that Discord should reply within 24-48 Hours. This time has long passed and I urgently need my account back, or at least before the 14-30 day mark where I can no longer recover it. Does anyone know the typical response time for Discord at this moment or if there is any other way I can reach Discord support?

    I have the same problem since yesterday. Support is ignoring tickets. I got mine marked as "solved" closed, but account is still disabled.

    Did you get any response from Discord Support? And if so, how long did it take?
