Was banned for something I didn't do

My account was recently banned for posting shocking content but I never did any of it I believe I was in a bad server I contacted discord support and got an automated bot response that said my account will remain suspended can anyone help?

     discord steal our money and ban us for no reason, we have to boycott this app and return on teamspeak
