My account get disabled suddenly.

Hi. 

In last friday (9/22), my Discord account get disabled suddenly, without any justification by the platform. I use this account for more than four years and  i was a Nitro subscriber. I tried to send tickets to support, but i am ignored by the “staff” ( i think that's a bot, but okay)

I would really need at least a sincere and objective response from you, I have never broken any terms of service and have always tried to act ethically on the platform.

    if it’s clyde it’s a bot that doesn’t care about what you say. you need a human.  if you respond to clyde it’ll reopen the ticket. 

    you could file a BBB complaint or just wait til they respond.
