How do I get a human on my account appeal ticket?

I only have around 10 days left until my account is permanently gone. I do not want to lose it because of Discord support ignoring me. I've made several tickets and half of them get marked as solved without a response and the other half are automated responses saying my account will not get reinstated. The ticket number is #40129943.
